Project name: 15 Hutchings Road Service Connections

What and where is the construction happening?

Along the frontage of 15 Hutchings Road between Rest Acres Road and Markel Drive, construction involves the connection of storm, sanitary, and water, as well as the construction of a new driveway. Access will be completely closed between the designated times. However, a detour route has been provided via Powerline Road, Pottruff Road and Markel Drive.

When? Tuesday, September 1, 2026, up to Tuesday, September 8, 2026 (provided there are no delays).

Why? Connection of 15 Hutchings Road to the existing watermain, sanitary, storm and driveway construction on Hutchings Road.

Changes during construction period?

• Intersection impacts: Vehicular access on Hutchings Road between Rest Acres Road and Markle Drive will be closed throughout construction.

• Road or sidewalk impacts: Pedestrian access will be closed throughout construction.

• Noise/light: Typical construction schedule of 7:00 am to 7:00 pm.

• Access (personal driveways, services or amenities): No impacts to private driveways located around the construction vicinity.
