Grand River Street North - Watermain and Service Connections

Final watermain connections and service connections to businesses on Grand River Street north, north of William Street are scheduled to start tomorrow, Tuesday, July 14. During this time, the contractor will work 24-hour shifts to complete the work as soon as possible. 

When?

• Tuesday, July 14, 2026 to Thursday, July 16, 2026

During this time, heavy equipment and dump trucks will be working through the night. Additional lighting will also be onsite for worker safety. 

Water service will be turn-off for properties along Grand River Street North from William Street to 139 Grand River Street North. Impacted properties will receive notification regarding water service interruption regarding their specific time/date.
