Installation of sanitary forcemain on Paris Road and Oak Park Road

Project: Dundas Street East, Paris Road and Oak Park Reconstruction

The Contractor is scheduled to begin work on the sanitary forcemain on Tuesday, August 4, 2026, working until the end of September 2026. Residents are advised there may be open pits in their front yard of their properties to bring service to the property line. The pits will be fenced off for safety.

When?

• Tuesday, August 4, 2026, to end of September 2026

Why?

• To install the sanitary forcemain on Paris Road and Oak Park Road

Impacts:

• Intersection impacts: No change
• Road or sidewalk impacts: Once Paris Road re-opens to two-way traffic (expected mid-August), it may be occasionally reduced to one lane with a flagging operation.
• Detour routes: No Change
• Parking: No Change
• Access (personal driveways, services or amenities): No Change
• Garbage: No Change
• Utilities: No Change
• Noise/light: No Change
• Service Disruption: No Change
