The County of Brant Bylaw Enforcement Division is responsible to ensure residents, business owners and visitors comply with Bylaws. Bylaw staff respond to concerns and complaints.

Making a complaint or reporting an issue
For general inquiries or complaints, residents may contact our office by phone:
- 519.44BRANT (519.442.7268) during regular business hours, Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
Bylaw Enforcement operates seven days a week from 8:30 am to 8:00 pm.

- Please note that these are the most reliable methods of contact outside of our regular business hours and may be submitted at any time.
Outside of regular business hours, phone calls for urgent by-law enforcement matters are answered through an answering service by calling 519.44BRANT.
If an issue occurs after hours (between 8:00 pm & 8:30 am) and requires immediate attention, please contact the County of Brant OPP at 1‑888‑310‑1122.
