Speaking Before Council

Council encourages residents and members of the public to comment as delegations at Council Meetings.

When you appear as a delegate, you will be added to the meeting agenda. At the meeting, you will have 10 minutes to present your requests and/or concerns.

To appear as a delegate to Council or a Committee, submit an online Delegation Request form below. All presentation materials must be submitted with application, for requests to be considered. All requests need to be submitted to the Clerk's Office the Thursday prior to the meeting.
