Notice of Statutory Public Hearing: Proposed Boundary Adjustment

County of Brant Council will be holding a Statutory Public Hearing prior to considering a Boundary Adjustment Agreement at a special meeting on:

Time: 6:00 pm
Location: County of Brant Council Chambers, 7 Broadway Street West, Paris

Any written submissions to be considered at this meeting should be forwarded to the contact below no later than noon on Thursday, August 6, 2026.

Note: the County Council Chambers has a capacity of 79 individuals. Anyone wishing to speak at the meeting is encouraged to register in advance by e-mailing the below. Delegations will be heard both in person and on-line. Although capacity inside the Council Chambers is limited, everyone who wishes to speak will be provided with an opportunity to do so.

The meeting agenda will be available online at brant.ca/CouncilAgenda and the meeting can be viewed online at brant.ca/Live.  This meeting is being held, as required under Section 173 of the Municipal Act, 2001 – Municipal Restructuring Proposal.
