As we celebrate the Victoria Day long weekend, some County of Brant services may have adjusted hours or temporary service changes.

Victoria Day weekend is just around the corner, and that means fireworks! Before you celebrate, please take a moment to review the County of Brant’s Fireworks By-law to ensure you're celebrating safely and responsibly.

Please be advised that the Pottruff Road Bridge will be temporarily closed to allow for bridge resurfacing work. Residents and motorists are asked to follow all posted detour routes during the closure period

Registration for the 2026/2027 County of Brant's After School Program opens Monday, June 8 at 6:00 pm. 

Doors Open Along the Grand returns on Saturday, May 9, 2026, from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm, inviting residents and visitors to explore heritage sites, places of worship, creative businesses, and more across the City of Brantford, County of Brant, and Six Nations of the Grand River.

The County of Brant will be conducting routine maintenance work on the Paris Sanitary Sewer System. The work is scheduled to take place during the day from Wednesday, May 6 to Monday, May 18, between the hours of 7:00 am and 5:00 pm.

The County of Brant is now accepting requests for the Fall/Winter ice season (September 14, 2026 to March 28, 2027, ending at 5:00 pm).
