Woodview Mental Health and Autism Services 

Woodview Mental Health and Autism Services offers services and support for children and youth facing mental health challenges and for those diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). The Canadian Mental Health Association is a charitable, non-profit agency contributing to the mental well-being of the community through education and support services to all persons 16 years of age and over with mental illness, mental disorders and their families in a safe, discrimination free environment.

ConnexOntario 

ConnexOntario is a free and confidential service offering support through phone, chat, text, and email for people in Ontario. They provide information about mental health, problem gambling, and addiction services available both within and outside their community.

The Family Care Centre is a resource hub for parents and caregivers of children and youth with mental health challenges.

Gihę́kdagye Friendship Centre 

The Gihę́kdagye Friendship Centre that promotes culture and traditions supporting the Urban Indigenous Community in the areas of Brant, Haldimand, and Norfolk counties.

Good 2 Talk 

Good2Talk provides 24/7 free, confidential support services for post-secondary students in Ontario. Call 1.866.925.5454 or text GOOD2TALKON to 686868.

Hope for Wellness Help Line

The Hope for Wellness Helpline is available to all Indigenous people across Canada. Experienced and culturally competent counsellors are reachable by telephone and online ‘chat’ 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Suicide Crisis Helpline
